Troubleshooting

I cannot sign in

Check the email address and password, then use Forgot password if needed. Open the newest reset email because older links may have expired. If the page loops or shows an old session, clear Forexizer site cookies and sign in again.

The workspace is blank after sign-in

New workspaces are empty by design. Open Accounts and add an account first. If an existing workspace unexpectedly stays empty after refresh, do not recreate everything. Record what changed and contact support.

An import has missing R-multiples

The source may not contain original risk or the original stop loss. Latest trailed stops cannot reconstruct initial risk safely. Add trustworthy risk data, or accept an estimated R when the interface labels it as estimated.

Imported totals do not match the broker

Check the account currency and timezone, imported date range, commission and swap columns, open trades, partial fills, and skipped rows. Keep the original export while comparing totals.

If the totals still differ, report the CSV from Import history and include both balances in the note.

Imported trade times are shifted

Open the import again and find a trade whose time you can verify in the broker platform. The preview headings show your local timezone. Open Times don’t match? Choose another setting, then change the setting until that trade matches.

Forexizer selects a likely setting first. You do not need to calculate a time difference yourself.

Money totals say Mixed

Selected accounts use different base currencies. Filter Dashboard, Log, or Reports to accounts using one currency.

A trade counts as breakeven

Forexizer compares absolute P&L with the threshold in Settings. Lower it if small wins or losses should remain decided trades.

News times look wrong

Open Settings and check timezone. Auto uses the browser's detected timezone. Select a named timezone when traveling or when browser settings are wrong.

A shortcut does nothing

Bare-key shortcuts pause inside inputs and editors. Click outside the field and try again. For navigation chords, press g and the destination key within about one second.

A change did not save

Confirm the browser is online and wait briefly after editing. Refresh once and check the value. If it reverts, avoid repeating destructive changes and record the page, action, and approximate time for support.

Backtest trades are missing from Dashboard

This is expected. Backtesting sessions are isolated from live accounts, Dashboard, Reports, and the main Log.

I still need help

Include the page, expected result, actual result, time of the problem, and a screenshot with balances or private journal text hidden. Never send passwords, broker credentials, or authentication tokens.
