Plan & journal
Planning and forecasts
Plan holds one workspace per date. Each day can contain multiple instrument forecasts, a checklist, recurring habits, and one-off goals.
Choose a date
Use the arrows beside the date to move one day at a time. Select the date heading to open the calendar picker. Dates with saved forecasts have an indicator. Select Today to return to the current date.
Add an instrument forecast
Select Add forecast or press n. Choose the instrument, then complete the parts useful to your process:
- grade and directional view
- higher-timeframe and lower-timeframe analysis
- risk tasks and checklist
- chart screenshots by timeframe
- rich-text notes and TradingView snapshot links
Save after choosing an instrument. Use Collapse all when several pairs are open.
Use forecast templates
Open the pair setup menu to change the default forecast structure. Adjust checklist items and screenshot timeframes, save the template, or reset it to the Forexizer default.
Daily goals and recurring habits
Daily goals belong to one date. Add one in the Daily Goals panel or press m. Mark it complete, skip it for that date, or remove it.
Recurring goals appear on their scheduled weekdays. Manage their weekly schedule in Habits.
Economic news
Forecasts show economic events relevant to their currencies. Event times use the timezone selected in Settings. Confirm market-sensitive events with your preferred primary source before trading.
Autosave and review
Plan changes save as you work. Wait for the save state to settle before closing a browser after a large edit or screenshot paste.
When a trade instrument matches a saved forecast, trade detail can show that plan beside the execution review. Use the forecast for intent and the trade review for what happened.
