Rex AI
Rex is Forexizer's built-in AI assistant. It reads your saved workspace and answers questions about your own trading, like "what's my win rate on EURUSD this month?" or "which session loses me the most?".
Open Rex
Press ⌘/ (Ctrl+/ on Windows), click the Rex button in the bottom-right corner, or open ⌘K and choose Ask Rex. The corner chat opens over whatever page you're on.
To go full screen, click the expand icon in the chat header. The full-screen view lists your past conversations so you can reopen or delete them.
What Rex can see
Rex reads your workspace:
- Trades and summary stats (P&L, win rate, profit factor, drawdown) for any date range, account or instrument
- Your Forexizer Score
- Journal entries
- Daily plans
- The economic calendar
- These help articles
Rex can't change anything. It never creates, edits or deletes trades, journal entries or plans.
Cards in answers
When Rex mentions a trade, journal entry, daily plan, stats summary, news event or help article, it shows it as a card. Click a card to open the record. Card numbers come straight from your workspace, not from Rex's text, so they always match the rest of the app.
What Rex won't do
Rex explains what already happened in your trading. It won't give trade signals, tell you what to buy or sell, or size positions. It doesn't invent market data. If your data can't answer a question, Rex says so.
Credits
Each message uses credits. Longer questions and bigger lookups use more. You get 500 credits a month, and the chat header shows how many you have left and when they reset. You can send up to 5 messages a minute.
Tips
- Name the scope: "last 30 days on my prop account" beats "recently".
- Ask a follow-up question in the same conversation. Rex remembers the conversation so far.
- Press the stop button to cut off an answer you don't need.
- If Rex can't finish an answer, send the message again.
